About Pagivant
Pagivant sets up Facebook accounts for the job they have to do. Every book ends with a colophon, a short page that says how it was made. This is ours.
- What we do
- We set up Facebook accounts, Pages, Business Managers, admin profiles and ad accounts for the work they have to do: selling on Marketplace, reaching customers, taking part in groups and running ads.
- Who it’s for
- Small businesses, sellers, freelancers and local service providers whose customers are on Facebook, and who want their accounts to work for them instead of getting in the way.
- How we work
- On accounts that already belong to you, through guided sessions or partner access you can remove, checked against Facebook’s published rules, and finished with a written handover.
- What we never do
- Create, sell or rent accounts, ask for passwords or login codes, use tricks to get around Facebook’s rules, or promise results that nobody outside Facebook controls.
- Where
- Online, for clients in any country where Facebook offers the features they need.
- Language
- English, in plain words.
Why a setup service for something so ordinary?
Facebook is where a great many small businesses find their customers. A cleaner finds work in a neighbourhood group, a furniture restorer sells through Marketplace, a consultant meets clients through messages, and a local shop runs a few ads every month. For most of them the account behind that work was set up years ago, for something else, by someone who no longer remembers how.
That is where problems start. Listings are rejected without a clear reason. Messages to new contacts are limited. Group requests are declined. A Page belongs to a former employee, an ad account sits on someone’s personal profile, and there is only one person who can manage the business if anything goes wrong. None of it is dramatic, and all of it costs customers.
We started Pagivant to fix exactly that kind of problem, carefully and in the open. Not with shortcuts that break the rules and fail later, and not with promises of results nobody can guarantee, but by setting accounts up properly for the job they actually do, and by explaining every step so our clients understand their own setup afterwards.
Our aim is simple: an account that is ready for its job, and a client who knows why.
Each of our setups is described in full, with fixed prices and a detailed guide, on our services page. The guides are written so you can do the work yourself if you prefer. Many people do, and that is fine with us.
Four principles we work by
Your accounts stay yours
Everything we set up belongs to you or your business from the first minute. Logins stay on your devices, any access we use is temporary and visible to you, and our handover ends with your control, not ours.
The rules come first
Facebook publishes its terms, community standards and commerce policies, and every step we take is checked against them. If a request would break them, we say so before you pay, and we suggest what can be done instead.
Plain answers, even when they cost us a sale
If a free tool, a guide or ten minutes of your own time will fix the problem, we tell you. Clients who get an honest answer once tend to come back when they really do need help.
Written down, every time
You get a written note of what we changed, why we changed it, and how to keep it working. You should never need us to understand your own setup.
Independent, and clear about it
Pagivant is an independent service. We are not part of Meta, we are not a Meta partner, and nothing we do is endorsed by Facebook. We work with the same tools and settings available to every business, and we follow the same published rules. That independence is also why we can be honest: we have no reason to sell you a setup you don’t need, and every reason to make sure the one you do order is done properly.
Tell us what your account has to do
Write a few lines about the job and what is getting in the way. We reply with a plain answer, usually within a few hours.
